I thought it would be helpful for you if I created a page that had a whole bunch of resources that would be useful for small business owners, entrepreneurs, or people looking to take their life to the next level. Rather than you having to scour the internet for hours and hours I thought I would share the resources, events, blogs that I find useful in running my business.
I will often add to this page, as soon as I find things that are really helpful I will put them on here, and I will refer back to this page quite a bit. I recommend bookmarking the page so you can easily access it.

99 Designs – When starting a business getting your logo designed, your website designed is a big part. This is your businesses identity, this is often the first impression people have of your business. Hiring a designer can be super expensive, and not an expense a new business owner can always afford. In comes 99 Designs. You set a competition, for example, to design your logo, you then have numerous designers pitch their designs. You give feedback to them so they can improve them. After a few days you select a few finalists. Then after a couple more days you select your winning design. Best of all its 100% guaranteed, if after a few days you don’t like any of the designs, you can scrap your competition and get your money back. You can get logo’s designed, websites, t-shirts, packaging and more. Go check it out now, just click here.
Setting Up A Website
When it comes to setting up a website, wordpress, for me is the simplest option. Just Google “WordPress themes” and you can have your pick form hundreds of free, and even more paid themes. I recommend a paid theme, they normally come with some level of support in getting set up, and often look and function better. You can get an amazing theme for $50-70.
Business Software & Systems
Click Funnels – 14 Day Free Trial With This Link – You will often hear me talk about landing pages and funnels. Landing pages being the place that you drive people to from ads etc to download something, or buy something. these are pages that are not on your actual website. There are no links to other pages. You may even want a series of events to happen, from downloading a free ebook, through to buying your product. This is a funnel. With click funnels it couldn’t be easier to create fantastic funnels, that take your prospect on this journey. One thing I love about ClickFunnels is the page builder, you can literally design any page you want. I highly recommend it, so go check it out, click here, and with this link you can get a 2 week free trial. Enjoy.
Hootsuite – Social media is a huge aspect of business now, whether you like it or not. Managing your business and personal social media profiles can become a tedious task especially when you have to log out of one to log into another over and over again. Hoosuite is the solution to this. You can bring all your profiles here, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and you can post, schedule, reply, retweet, all from one place. Ideal. There is a free version which allows 3 profiles or the paid version which allows many profiles – it’s totally worth it. You can also have 30 days free of the Pro version by clicking here.
Infusionsoft – Is a full CRM system. It is a powerful sales and marketing software. From web forms and auto responders, to tasks and events that need to happen depending on where a prospect is in your cycle. You can track behaviour and trigger certain events based on what your prospects do. If they click on certain links, drive them into a new sequence. if they don’t respond for a while have an campaign that starts automatically to get them back. I recommend getting a demo to make sure its the right thing for you, just click here.
AWEBER – For new business owners, and those not quite ready to make the leap to Infusionsoft, I often reccomend Aweber, it is a great place to start. You can build web forms and auto repsonder sequences to follow up. For someone starting out in business it does all you need to do. The investment starts at $19/month, which is much lower than Infusionsoft’s.
Upwork – When talking to clients I am always stressing to them to make sure they are doing tasks that are directly growing the business, or doing the thing they are great at. When I hear of people spending hours, and I mean hours, putting together a (let’s be honest), pretty poor looking flyer for their business, it drives me nuts. Your time is not well spent doing this. So find someone who can do it better than you can, outsource it. On Upwork you can find designers, web developers, accountants, admin help, customer service professionals, sales professionals, and loads more. Set out a contract, or a job, and have people apply to it. Pick the person you like, and boom you are off.
Unleash The Power Within – Tony Robbins – UK, London April 27-30th 2017 — Is an absolute MUST attend. The only limit to our success, to our businesses, is us. We limit our own growth. Breakthrough those barriers at UPW. Discover how you to get rid of the limiting beliefs, and map out your journey to success. Incredible event, which I recommend to everyone. You will walk on fire, tackle some serious personal headtrash, be pushed out of your comfort zone and experience some breakthroughs. Want to come with me? Click here, grab your ticket and come along.
Audible – I love to read and wish I could spend more time reading. I get it, life as a business owner is hectic. When are you supposed to get time to read. Well Audible is one of my favourite things. I download a book to listen to, and then its on whenever I am in my car, or commuting somewhere. I want to make sure I use all my time effectively, rather than listening to the radio, put on a book.
